  • Do you sell equipment to civilians?

    Yes, we have a wide variety of equipment available to the civilian sector. However, certain equipment is limited to law enforcement and military/government agencies only. For more information regarding restricted items, please contact info@911custom.com.

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?

    No. Currently all sales are limited to the continental United States only.

  • Do you offer extended warranty plans for equipment sold on your website?

    No. All warranties are specific to the manufacturer of the equipment purchased through our site. For more information regarding warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly.

  • Can you install equipment purchased on your website?

    Yes. We install equipment at our shop in Overland Park, KS. Please contact sales@911custom.com for more information regarding installs.

  • What forms of payment do you accept? Do you offer any financing options?

    We accept all credit, debit, and PayPal payments. We do not have any financing options.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Yes, we do accept returns within 30 days of purchase, with a 25% restocking fee, and ONLY after a return authorization has been issued. For more information regarding returns, please click here

  • When can I contact 911 Custom if I have any questions or concerns?

    Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

  • Is an account needed to make purchases on your website?

    No. You can check out as a guest user and will be given the option to create an account at checkout. We strongly recommend that you make an account with us to keep track of your purchases and help us to better serve you.

  • How do I get a copy of my invoice?

    Invoices can be requested through sales@911custom.com.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    All 911 Custom shipments go through UPS.

  • Do you have everything in stock?

    We maintain a very large selection of inventory. We have a large selection of the products you'll find on our website, in stock. However, with the extensive selection we offer, we cannot possibly have every product in stock. We make every effort to maintain a reasonable stock of the most popular products.

  • Can I become a dealer?

    Yes. As long as you meet the minimum requirements, you may become a reseller. To fill out our dealer application, please click here.

  • Do you offer sponsorships?

    Generally, the answer is no. However, if you have a project that is truly unique and interesting, you may send your proposal by email for review.
