Returns & Exchange

Prior to returning any items, contact us to obtain a return authorization number. This can be done by phone at 913-390-8540 or by email to returns@911custom.com. Returns without return authorization numbers will not be accepted.

Items can be returned up to 30 days from purchase date. All items being returned are subject to an inspection and may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the inspector.

911 Custom applies a 25% restocking fee and will refund or credit the remaining value of the item unless the return is related to a 911 Custom error.

Special order items cannot be returned unless the return is related to a 911 Custom error.

Body worn cameras, audio recording devices and memory cards cannot be returned to 911 Custom; they must be returned directly to the manufacturer in accordance with that manufacturer’s returns policy.

All clearance items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.

Gift certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

Returns for products that are Hazardous Materials or ORM-D (including but not limited to self-defense sprays, chemical kits, select first aid kits and components, road flares, and fire extinguishers) cannot be accepted. If you are unsure if the product you are returning is a Hazardous Material or ORM-D, please contact 911 Custom Sales.

Many products sold by 911 Custom have manufacturer's warranties. For returns relating to matters covered by a manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer directly or 911 Custom Sales at 913-390-8540 to coordinate the repair or return of any such item.

The original packing slip should accompany all returns or the return must include the original order number associated with the return.
